Finally the true taste of the frangipane cake, the fragrance and the marrow of the breeze with orange blossom with real fruits confines. A pleasure! all pastries are unmatched, the crisp of pastry, the texture of the pastry cream, the cruncher and the taste of caramel napping! I gladly make the 40 km go/return also for their croissants and chocolate breads. Thank you and continue like that!
