You need to arrive early to avoid the line, but even the wait is worth it. It's cash only, so make sure to bring some cash. We travel to this area from across the country every few years, and we always make a point to stop here several times to tide us over until our next visit. The outdoor seating is very limited (only about 2-3 tables on the street), so be ready to eat in your car. Update: A year later, and it's just as awesome as we remembered! Everything mentioned still holds true, but they now accept cards!

A few years ago, I visited this restaurant with my mother and family from California, and it was delicious, featuring plenty of potatoes and great fish. However, I returned this time while on vacation in Astoria and was disappointed. The ownership has changed, and now the food portions are smaller and the prices higher. I certainly won't be coming back.

The fish is too expensive for the portion they give you!! And the truth is, it's very good, it doesn't look like it's boxed fish, yes it's edible but the truth is, it's not very good.

Excellent fresh tuna fish and chips! The best I have ever had. Get there early as the line can get 40+ people deep, which is about an hour wait. Limited seating as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fish and chips were great and the line moves quickly so don’t let that stop you from getting some very solid fish and chips!

Long wait but it was worth it, we were there about 1:30 on a 70 degree Wed and we're met with 18 groups ahead of us in line.
