We tasted everything, split the rest and took it home to enjoy over the holidays. I 've been slowly enjoying about a dozen of their cheeses and they seem to get more delicious every day. Boxcarr has some of the best cheese I’ve ever had and some of the best service as well. It was a really great price which astounded me because I felt like each artisan cheese could have been well over a triple what I was charged. Would definitely make this a staple of my diet if I were in the local area. Loved the discussion of the production. Could really tell they love the entire process.
My sweetie gifted me an assortment of cow and goat milk cheese from nearby Boxcarr Cheeses, and having sampled three so far, they are delicious! The heady aromas, varied textures and tantalizing tastes made me an instant fan.

When we lived in the area and found Boxcarr, we went there frequently, enjoying the ride and the fresh and delicious varieties of cheese. Very special and highly recommended!
