There are very few dining options in the area, so we regret not driving further for a better meal. We had to wait for half an hour to receive our completely incorrect order. This is not the first time we have had this issue at this restaurant, and we were hopeful that they had improved. Unfortunately, it seems that many others have also experienced long waits and incorrect orders. The owners need to improve their systems and provide better training for their staff. We will not be returning to this restaurant. It appears that this negative review may not be published, as all other reviews seem to be positive. This is concerning.
Burger wasn 't bad, neither was the service. Took a little while to get my food but it was pretty busy i guess. Anyways, I ordered 2 Cheeseburgers: one with just the sauce, and the other plain. While taking the burgers out they were labeled plain, only sauce or something like that and i proceeded to eat the one that said sauce and it didn 't have sauce on it. The labeled plain one had sauce on it. It seems that someone who didn 't make them labeled them and there must 've been miscommunication. Please make sure to check before you leave. Partially my mistake. Thanks!
This restaurant has consistently disappointed me in several ways. They rarely answer their phone, there are numerous flies, and they often get orders wrong. I've heard from people who have worked there that the food isn't always cooked properly, though you might not realize it because they tend to mask it with sauce. I can't recommend dining here, as there's a significant chance that you won't have a good experience. If you're just passing through or in town, I suggest looking for a different place to eat.
The hamburger was disappointing, consisting of just a plain patty on a soggy bun with wilted lettuce and pickles. I would have had a better experience at a fast-food chain. The ordering and pick-up process was chaotic, and the prices were too steep compared to other family-friendly burger places we like. We won’t be returning to this location off I84. Home of the Bozo Burger? At $7.29, this burger is overpriced, dry, and lacking in flavor. I also had to wait nearly 15 minutes for it, even though there was no one ahead of me. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 4 miles to Carl's Jr. You'll be much happier than Bozo the Clown!
