I was disappointed to find that this restaurant, which is supposed to be open 24 hours, was actually closed for 11 of those hours. I stood there waiting for a few minutes while a staff member walked away, only to return and inform me that they were closed. There was no sign indicating this, and their posted hours clearly state that they are open 24/7. Other customers arrived looking for service as well. A simple sign or some basic customer service skills from the staff would go a long way.
Just ordered online but they messed up two of the items, went through the process and had the items refunded. Tried to order from them again in hope that they would send the correct order this time but they went and cancelled the order? Absolutely disgraceful especially for a disabled person who can't drive. What a waste of time and effort.
Most expensive petrol I have ever bought. Hard to get out of with McDonald's, a car wash and the petrol station all trying to get out of the same place back onto a busy road. Not filling up there again! If they think their petrol is as per the local pricing, the Shell 500m away is 5c per litre cheaper. You can't make excuses for greed.
