I had an unfortunate experience on the evening of 21st November 2023 at around 9:21pm. Upon approaching the counter to settle my bill, I encountered an Indian lady who, regrettably, displayed a level of rudeness that left a lasting impression. The incident that particularly upset me occurred when I realised I had forgotten to scan my rewards card during the payment process. Instead of addressing the oversight with understanding or professionalism, the lady at the counter responded with what I can only describe as a disapproving facial expression. Now I am not a fan of car washes that use brushes because it scratches the car but my car was desperately in need of a clean. A quick toilet break paid for my car wash had a look around the store and in true BP style didn’t disappoint. The store, forecourt and toilets were clean. For the car wash it did a very good job didn’t miss a spot so was worth it for $15 but the line was quite long so took a good 20mins to get finished. Now the only disappointment was the girl working behind the counter she was miserable and I mean it looked like she had just had enough.
I have always washed my car at this service station prices have slowly been going up I bought 2 washes and had to be used within 30 days due to many obstacles this month I ran out of time and was a few days out of my 30 days I went in Wednesday 27th December at 7am to wash my car and explained to the young girl who had no compassion no customer service instead asked me to buy another voucher.. this will be the last time I be going back to wash my car. I’m sure BP owners makes enough money to honour one car wash!
I visited the restaurant at 11 PM on September 25, 2024, with some friends to enjoy some tea. However, a staff member named Aniket told us he was closing for the day and couldn't serve us. He actually told us to leave and come back in 30 minutes. We only requested some tea—was that too much to ask? Is this really the kind of customer service he's been trained to deliver? I’m baffled by how someone like him could be hired. He definitely reflects poorly on the brand.

I was all stranded with a dead phone not knowing how to reach home. Then I came here and met one of your employees SOMA. She not only helped me charge up my phone but made me feel comfortable the whole time. Service like this is always top notch. Would recommend all my relatives to come here again. Also shoutout to SOMA, we need more kind hearted people like you
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the BP station at innaloo and I must say, the experience was outstanding, largely due to the incredible Staff specifically Joshi and akshy. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt assistance.
Prachi makes the best coffee! I was so tired from work after lunch Great customer service and an awesome dirty chai latte Highly recommend
The car wash does a poor job, and the coffee is akin to what you'd find at a gas station. There's no point in going.
