Car wash review: Today at the Barnwood road branch of BP 24-hour garage in Gloucester, there are various car wash programs available. I chose the Express program for £5.00, which advertised a wash and dry. However, after my car was washed, it was not dried. I spoke to the cashier who clarified that the Express program does not include a dry, despite it being listed on the menu. The manager was helpful and gave me a refund. It seems there is confusion with the advertised services. Hopefully, BP will update their list to avoid similar issues in the future.
