I would like to express my concerns regarding the customer service at the BP Carrington petrol station. I experienced rude behavior from the staff during my visit. As an Uber driver, I rely on the BP rewards program to receive discounts on fuel. However, when I attempted to use my BP rewards card at this location, I was informed by the staff that they do not accept BP rewards, claiming they are a private company not associated with BP.
This raises questions about their affiliation with BP, as they prominently display the BP name. I urge BP Australia to look into this issue and clarify whether this petrol station is indeed a part of BP or operates independently.

Unfortunately, this Fairfield BP shop has lost and disappointed their customer, due to their boss’ unfriendly and disrespectful attitude towards BP customer. The reason below: The Indian cashier was kind and friendly. However, his male boss was rude to me as a BP customer when I politely asked him one simple question that wether there is any promotions or not for desserts products if we buy more in this store. One of the worst place. Very bad customer service arrogant who doesn't know how to talk to their customers.I always fill up my truck which cost me around $450 per week. Today I came to fill up and saw there are two trucks parks in the pump and I was waiting and decided to use their toilets and he said you can use the toilet because of coronavirus. But I used the toilets last week on Thursday no coronavirus existed then. Very shameful will never shop or fill up again and will let my friends and family know about this place.

I have never left a negative review before, but my experience at this BP was the worst I've ever encountered. If I could give it a zero, I would. The staff and the manager (a short guy) showed no respect for customers and were incredibly rude and arrogant. I have never encountered such behavior in my life. I will never come back to this location again.
It's an excellent BP station where the fuel prices are normally cheaper than other BP stations. The only drawback is that BP Me app is not supported here, and people need to go in-store to pay.
I don’t recommend anyone to come to this BP, they don’t offer the reward, and the staff is also chill. Just stay away from this BP.
