This hotel is right off the highway which is handy for travel. You can not hear the highway from the rooms. It is horrible looking on the outside but do not let that fool you, the inside is nice and well maintained. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out. It was plenty big for our 4 children. It included a fireplace and a fridge. We did not feel cramped or that the room was too small. The bathroom was clean and in good repair, and also a good size. The pool was good, not great as it is dated, but the kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast is amazing, it is buffet style and included. The staff was wonderful. Plenty of parking for event, venue is a bit dated but nice. Not a lot of washrooms available for capacity of event but a nice place to hold an event and close to casino, timmies and other fast food options.
The venue inside is pretty standard. Maybe slightly dated but clean and comfortable I suppose.The parking lot is garbage though—dosent seem to be enough space and it's isn't all fully paved.

Currently, I'm giving it one star. To be honest, the only reason I stopped by was because it's a Pokémon Go stop. I've never actually been inside or attended this place.
We actually had a great time here. Nice and big, friendly staff. The bathrooms were a little wonky, but I think that many have been the guests.
Large event in a small room. I feel they should have told the event to book a larger room knowing how many people were coming.
There is a set from the TV show in the back from Lost Girl. You can rent the set too. Nice chandelier. A little run down.

Such a beautiful centre for Gala's and events, the food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and nice!!
This is a fantastic venue if you're looking for a spacious room and welcoming staff.
