Upon our arrival, the initial impression was average since we hadn't made a reservation, which is understandable as we didn't have priority. To ensure we still received good service, we were given a spot where we had to eat rather quickly. However, there was a party next door, and it was quite loud, making it difficult for us to enjoy our meal. We considered leaving, but then a lady offered us a fantastic table, and our experience took a turn for the better. Great food but poor service!Really disappointed with the service, it took more than 1½ hours before I could order the meal. My daughter-in-law had to go see a waitress so that we could place our order.Then we had to ask 3 times for water at the table before receiving it and the same for the bread. My sister had to remind them that she ordered a starter over 20 minutes after everyone received theirs. Yet the resto-bar was not full.We had always been well served the previous times but yesterday was really disappointing.

The food was good, and the atmosphere was great! However, when it came time for our dishes to be served, the waitstaff walked around announcing the meals without knowing which tables they were intended for. As someone who's been a waitress for 15 years, I found this approach a bit chaotic. It felt like we were at a loud sports event, making it difficult to have a conversation with each other. Overall, the service could use some improvement, but the rest of the experience was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant! If you're a shrimp lover, this is definitely the place to go. The service was exceptional, thanks to Xavier, who was efficient, attentive, and brought a great sense of humor that really enhanced the experience. I do have a small suggestion for the kitchen: the vegetable stir-fry could use a little more flavor, as the white rice was quite bland. A light sauce or some seasoning would make a big difference! I rarely eat beef, on occasion I go to Brasserie Daniel Lapointe where I am usually satisfied.Thursday October 19, I was very disappointed with the flank steak. I ordered medium well cooked,what I was served was almost burnt flank steak.The bread was not fresh,the salad from the 2nd meal was missing.The waitress didn't come and ask us how our meal was?Too bad, because a trip to a restaurant should be pleasant all round and delicious.

Vraiment déçue de ce restaurant. Les crevettes sont super petites, brochettes de poulet sec, riz froid, salade défraîchie, pelure de patates au goût de désinfectant, burger très moyen. Il s’agissait peut-être d’une mauvaise soirée en cuisine, mais chose certaine je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience. Par contre le service a été très bien.
