We were browsing the menus at various restaurants in the town centre, and paused outside this unpretentious establishment. The proprietor appeared and very politely gave information on the menu and various specials. No pressure, no hassle, so we thought, why not? And we were not disappointed simple regional cuisine, generous helpings, perfectly drinkable vins du pays served by the carafe, very reasonable prices (especially the wine which was cheaper than the water! and excellent attentive service. Despite the staff having very limited English, and our French being not brilliant, there were no communication problems. We felt very welcome and had an extremely enjoyable evening. We found this restaurant when attending a wedding in Arre. The staff were friendly and they did make us pizzas,even though the pizza oven was about to close. The pizzas were of a good standard. We returned in the evening as a group and ate from the main menu. Again the service was good but the food was only average. It is worth a visit and could not fault the service.
with two kids (7 and 3) outside on the terrace counted after a visit on Saturday's market. The humiliation to the terrace at the warm weather, 35 degrees was a breathing and super pleasant. Fifty and pleasant service. The kids ate chicken with fries (children's menu), myself a pizza 3 cheeses and my friend an entrect. Nice and price/quality top!
I had lunch last night. Full of locals, always a good sign. Carnivore friend enjoyed his lambcuffs with leg legs. Two or three vegetarian options for me, and a delicious mushroom Omelette was made by a Fab Café Gourmandaise (coffee with generous flavors of all desserts). Despite full and busy, the waiters welcomed us and looked around us well.

Very nice business with an owner who really wants you to have a good time. The clients are very well handled, and if a client wants anything, then they can also think of a dish without or with an ingredient. The food itself was delicious and you're really full for a fair price! If you're around, you must have really eaten here.
nice restaurant does not pay a mine on the front but the terrace is very pleasant! meeting a friendly family despite the world a lot of small attentions! The dinner was perfect the excellent meat and the strawberry pie hummmm!
Absolutely , fantastic. Bernard is a great host and the food was perfect . We had 21 people in our party and we all enjoyed the night so much . We will return as soon as possible .
