The four of us have known each other for years in the food movement, and we wanted to relax in a neighborhood place where we could enjoy good food in a casual setting. This place hit the spot. My wife and I had cassoulet and...loved it. The pork was fatty Yum!!! The beans were a bit dry. But overall, it was delish. Our waiter, Max, was a delight. Great humor. Gave us great advice on Languedoc organic red, which was cheap and super tasty. Knew the menu really well and gave us each excellent descriptions and advice. Plus, he knew how to have fun with us!! Drinking in the atmosphere is even better than drinking in the Languedoc red!

Having found our target eatery closed we spotted this from the tram and took a chance! We were pleased we did! The ambience is utterly French brasserie with banquettes, basic table settings and a menu on a chalkboard. We both chose magret de canard, which...was well cooked as we ordered, and the pichet red was good! As the evening progressed both inside and the terrace filled with locals in jolly mood, and the service kept up with the pace. Interesting artwork throughout and good toilets! Could become a favourite!
There is nothing much to report about this brasserie. It is a typical one. The indoor seating is of a lower standard than the outdoor. The choice of their indoor painting is rather dull with the dark colours they use. I opted for an assortment...of cheese dish and it was an ok one. Nothing much to report on. I guess it is a good brasserie to have a quick meal if one is passing by, but nothing more.

All the intelectual bohemian come here , its a institution for the local. Its a old brasserie own by the same peoples for generations and young student from the past become old customers now. A good place for coffee and news papers. Forget your smart...phone here and enjoy the ambiance
Excellent brewery in which I was able to taste espadon but also an absolutely delicious tartare with homemade fries (and yes I came back the next day) I highly recommend this restaurant whose manager is super friendly
Home made and good quality,nice waitress always giving their good advice about the plat du jour or daily special. If you like the french bistro style, here's your place to go.
