On a hot Saturday afternoon when you want nothing more than a bit of shade, a cook drink and a light repast head to Brasserie de l'Etoile in Lons-le-Saunier. No sooner did we have the menus than a much appreciated bottle of chilled water appeared...on the table. Our local salads came with freshhot pommes frites and bread. Even on the town square full of Saturday shoppers it was quiet and enjoyable to watch the locals shop and stop by for a drink before heading home with their purchases. Our salads were full of local Comte cheese and ham and fresh from the market greens. We only saw the desserts walk by when ordered by others, each one looked better than the last. Excellent coffee as usual
an experience to renew! the products used are truly qualitative, it goes from steak in the burger to the strawberry syrup I had taken. the only point to improve would be the waiting time, but at the moment t, the chief being alone, so it remains understandable. The staff is very friendly. Thanks again for the good time.
At first sight, the Brasserie looks like a very ordinary bar with a menu outside. However, the restaurant is a pleasant room upstairs with a view over the square. The food was good French fare, simple, tasty and inexpensive. We were very pleased to have...found it
I ordered several times, and I have one of my favorite restaurants. the ingrdients are qualit, they make a vgtarien burger (damage, no salad vg and recipes really change what we find elsewhere! They are compact, but they really deserve hunger. I recommend!

The price isn't everything. The food was very good. My wife and I both chose the quail terrine to start, followed by guinea fowl. Both were very tasty dishes, well prepared and generous. Less than Euros for starter, main and desert with coffee
