We had a reservation of 7:30 and after sitting we were immediately for 40 minutes. Even after we had asked several employees for water, we were constantly brushed off and there was not the man we finally gave our order to submit him for us. The meal ended with a total of 2.5 hours, most of which were spent without anyone waiting for us. Sorely disappoints with the service and the lack of accountability of employees in finding how bad we were treated. The food was good, but not worth the bad service.

We had a spectacular meal here. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and kind. The food was delicious and different. We shared the fondue as a starter. It was wonderful, but incredibly filling! I ordered the trout and it was uniquely prepared and fantastic. My husband had the roti, which he thoroughly enjoyed. This place is a real gem.
We had a wonderful dinner at the Verandah. The food was delicious (we both took the röstis, excellent ! , the atmosphere is so nice, chic cosy, and the service was perfect ! And I think it was quite a good value for money, not that expensive for such a nice restaurant ! We’ll definitly come back here next time we are in Interlaken.

We were very excited to try this restaurant while we were in Interlaken. Unfortunately the staff was very inattentive, we never received more wine or water. Our food came out cold after waiting an hour. It was not the best experience.
Family of 12 Din. All had excellent experiences. Food interesting and very good. Service excellent. Very relaxed and pleasant family dinner. Would come back.
The dining area has been downsized but the service is still excellent as usual. Great food using fresh products and cooked as ordered.
All in all very good, only that they were not serving the volume of wine ordered and I had to insist to have the glass filled-up.
