I was here with my family and we were greeted friendly. Drinks like tea and mango lassi were fine. I loved there was actually a good choice of vegetarian meals on the menu. The food was a rather mixed bag however. One of our group...had some of the non-Indian dishes which was quite okay. Those of us who ordered the (vegetarian) Indian dishes were not as lucky. Meal sizes were okay, bread and rice as well, but the dishes lacked completely in spices and spicyness. Probably they were adapted too much to the tastes of the local people in Cottbus but Shahi Paneer gravy should be more than a bright sugary-sweet tomato cream. Prices were mid-range, rather expensive for what we got.

We visit the restaurant very often. Karam Singh has done a brilliant job with his team. The food and the service are extremely good. It is worth a visit if you happen to be in Cottbus
