as a gastronomy lover, hobby beersommelier and more personal know of many regional breweries I must say: a great disappointment! we (7 men between 27 and 32 years have made a brewery tour with subsequent eating in the restaurant. I was in the restaurant with my wife on 20.10 and had a table 2 days ago 19.00 clock reserved when I was 5 minutes. After 19.00 a.m., I was told that everything was unfortunately occupied. when I said that I reserved, we were placed on the (just occupied) native. when I did not agree, the containments in the tresen were immediately very unfriendly and replied that they had already been booked at the time of my reservation. to my question why she didn't say that, she didn't know any answer. after about 10 minutes I got a small table in the middle of the room. Even if it was very good, this exceptionally unfriendly treatment had already spoiled me the abbot.
The food was very delicious and the menu included many regional dishes. This should also be on holiday. Where else do you have, e.g. dirty oxen? The Bundesstraße, which leads over the beautiful Brauereigasthof between Lenzkirch and Bonndorf, hardly disturbed. We drank the bright yeast wheat and were very satisfied. The various filled beers of the brewery purchased from time to time are also recommended. The service was very nice and friendly. Typical dishes that can be expected in a brewhouse and of course there are also all beers in the brewery. The operation was quite rustic and short bound. The complex is original and beautiful. Since I was there at noon, I couldn't taste beer. I drank a Erdinger wheat alcohol-free (there is no own common wheat) and a roast with onions, bacon and egg. The Rösti was huge (about 25cm diameter), but this made the mirror egg small. And the food was too fat. It was good. If you come here, you can come in here, but I would first see if the restaurant left the campsite. I liked that much better.
