Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We had a frustrating experience with our order. The store manager appeared to be indifferent and spent more time chatting with a friend than addressing our concerns. Thankfully, the cooks in the back stepped in to help after my sister spoke to them. However, the store manager chose to make jokes about the situation instead of resolving it, even with other customers present. This left my family and me feeling embarrassed, and as a long-time patron of this restaurant since my childhood, I regret to say that we will not be returning. Not once did we receive an apology.

The only reason I am adding one star is because THE EMPLOYEES not THE MANAGER GIANNI assisted in making the customer happy. Gianni not only refused to correct an order he took he responded with You 're going to have to wait ! He 's clueless as to what a crispy chicken salad is and it 's literally advertised on their menu. Not impressed at all and my family and I have gone here for 5+ years. Very disappointed and Gianni needs help running a business. I 've not been one to complain to corporate but had to on this one. Will NEVER be back.

The food was great as usual. The cashier on the food side was professional. The employees on the ice cream side were horrendous and created to a terrible experience. They talked about being bored. They laughed at customers and cracked jokes the entire time. I felt like I was being served by toddlers. Thanks to these employees I will never return to this particular location.

I was craving a burger for breakfast, but all the other Braum's locations refused to make one for me since they don't serve burgers in the morning. So, I decided to go to Burger King, and they were more than happy to prepare one for me. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent value for the price! I'm specifically referring to the ice cream, especially their cones. The portions are huge!!!

Older Braum's but worth going in because service was awesome! Small Heath bar mix with tons of Heath bar.

Double cheeseburger, no tomato, extra pickles. This is all you really need.
