Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The only reason I am adding one star is because THE EMPLOYEES not THE MANAGER GIANNI assisted in making the customer happy. Gianni not only refused to correct an order he took he responded with You 're going to have to wait ! He 's clueless as to what a crispy chicken salad is and it 's literally advertised on their menu. Not impressed at all and my family and I have gone here for 5+ years. Very disappointed and Gianni needs help running a business. I 've not been one to complain to corporate but had to on this one. Will NEVER be back.

Messed up our order. The store manager didn’t seem to care and rather talk to his friend up there. The cooks in the back helped us out after my sister talked to them. Store manager there wanted to joke about the issue instead of fixing while other customers were around. The store manager embarrassed me and my family we will not be back. And I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Never once got a apologie.

I wanted a burger for breakfast and denied me all the other Braum's would make it for me i don't do breakfast So i went to BK and they gladly made one for me

Great value for the price! I’m talking about the ice cream more specifically their cones. Portions are enormous!!!

Older Braum's but worth going in because service was awesome! Small Heath bar mix with tons of Heath bar.
