Love BRT! One of the most unique atmospheres in Lexington offering live music on the weekends and trivia, game, and karaoke nights on weekdays. Usually always something going on. They’re not afraid to try new things. Pretty good food, the Vesuvius is my go-to (wrap or waffle). I’m picky with beer, but they change it up enough that I can always find something I like, or they’ll always have my tried and true on tap. Love that they offer tastings so you can venture out a bit. We started with the nachos, which were possibly the saltiest thing I’ve ever eaten. The chips and cheese were excessively salty, and the pork was served cold, losing its texture and appeal. The dish lacked something that could have improved it, like pickled jalapeños or diced tomatoes. I do appreciate that they layered everything, though. Unfortunately, the overwhelming saltiness left me feeling too bloated to enjoy my main course. For our mains, my partner and I ordered the ham, bacon, and cheddar waffle sandwich and the Vesuvius. I visited this restaurant with my husband and friends to enjoy some live music, but our experience was disappointing. The servers were exceptionally rude, and when we left a tip that matched the service we received, we were met with unprofessional comments from both the staff and management. The nachos were nothing more than basic chips and cheese, offering little value. We won't be returning, and I recommend you save your money and go to DB or Palms instead. Price per person: $30–50.

While visiting from out of state, I decided to grab a beer with my son. We really enjoyed the draft selection. The pretzel with brown mustard dipping sauce and the chips topped with pulled pork were delicious. The staff was friendly and made excellent beer recommendations. I was just passing through town and had an amazing time! Our server, Brandy, provided excellent recommendations. The Brew-BQ appetizer and the Brew Boy sandwich were some of the best I've had in a long time! The live music was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit!
