Brewers Fayre Ocean Plaza

This restaurant is always a welcoming spot for a meal or a drink. It can get a bit busy on weekends, but that's just a testament to how fantastic it is for family outings. I've consistently experienced excellent customer service from the staff, whether it's their internal training or natural skills. It's so refreshing to be treated with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Brewers Fayre for any occasion, whether for food or drinks. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I went for breakfast and it was quite busy, but we had made a reservation. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was served buffet style, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. There were times when we had to wait for the food to be replenished, but it was definitely worth it, especially since kids eat for free at the moment. There was also a small soft play area for younger children, though it was quite crowded with older kids.

I had a fabulous afternoon tea during the Jubilee weekend. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this afternoon tea for a special occasion—it was fantastic! It would be wonderful if they could keep offering it after the anniversary weekend, even if it were only available with 24 to 48 hours' notice. Thank you to the team today for putting together the fun Jubilee photo package!

I can't blame this place at all. wonderful, delicious, hot food. the price we paid for 3 courses cannot be beaten. the personal is friendly and cannot do enough for them. the restaurant was clean and you could see the personal cleaning tables ready for the next customer. was a great experience and would come back. Food was ok and very reasonably priced. Considering it’s a family place I was surprised they didn’t have children’s cutlery. It was also boiling hot with the heating on full blast even though it was a warm day. Staff were friendly. Can’t complain too much for the price really.

We had a really nice breakfast while staying at Premier Inn. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and attentive. There was a good choice of continental and traditional cooked items, all well stocked and replenished. Although it was busy, tables were quickly cleared.

I had the rump steak meal followed by Eton mess sundae. Polite and very helpful staff. Although a few things were off the menu due to delivery problems it didn't spoil our enjoyment. Well done to all the team!
