Myself and my wife took our Grand Daughter here because she loves Thai food. we booked a table for 6.30pm. When we arrived the restaurant was no more than half full. We placed our orders for food and drinks. ....and waited...and waited, during this time a steady flow of take away customers were coming and going, along with the restaurants 2 delivery drivers. An hour later, no food ! I went up the the bar to ask where our order was and why were take aways being prioritised over sitting customers...the young lady very abruptly told me we were going to be served soon. The people on the next table (who had 3 small children with them), then complained, it transpired they had been there 30 minutes...
Having booked online via their own website we arrived to find the place closed. On ringing the bell we were told in no uncertain terms that they do not take bookings on a Sunday lunchtime and are shut. Then I was informed that I hadn't booked it through their website, screenshot was shown, no attempt at an apology or politeness. Also as we were leaving another couple turned up with exactly the same issue, booked online. We took our money elsewhere. I believe it is a simple task to ensure that your business webpage and links are a correct reflection of your opening hours. No excuse.
Great food with very friendly staff. We booked the restaurant for our daughters birthday due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our earlier booking but things changed and we managed to book a table for dinner instead, this was managed with no fuss. We have been before and the food is as good as it was on our other visit.

Please try this place if you like Thai food! It's the best Thai we've had outside of Bangkok. We ate in great for my wife who is gluten free. Pad kaprow was amazing. Service was great. I recently had dinner at this restaurant and had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend dining here for a fantastic meal.
