Brewers Fayre Willems Park

Can 't fault the staff at all. They are very attentive and always polite friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is the poor quality of the food. I ordered the fish and chips but what I received was a miserly handful of chips with a large piece of soggy batter which contained some sort of fish scraps. I couldn 't tell you what the fish was, but it made up no more than 10% of the whole thing. It was tasteless and very disappointing. Another member of our party had the Tikka Masala but this was watery, with hardly any chicken and very little taste.

I recently visited a restaurant in Aldershot and despite not being a fan of the area, I must say that the exceptional service provided by Jamie and his team made my visit worthwhile. They were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to ensure customers were satisfied and happy with their experience. I strongly recommend that Whitbread takes care of this Manager before they potentially lose out on a valuable asset to another establishment.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes from the time we placed our order for our main dishes to arrive at our table, and another 45 minutes for dessert to be served. We ended up spending nearly 3 hours at the restaurant, which was not ideal especially with young children. To make matters worse, we ordered rump steak only to be informed 10 minutes later that they were out of steak altogether.

I used my birthday voucher while out with a friend today and ordered the chicken fajita burger with upgraded skin-on chips from the busy but friendly server. My friend opted for the fish pie. Despite there only being one server visible during our visit, the wait for our food was not too long and it arrived piping hot and delicious.

Came back to try the new menu, didnt disappoint, katsu curry was simple but really enjoyable. Blue lagoons on the drinks menu are top as well
