Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

Talk about a pretty pie. If you’re looking for an Instagram worthy pizza photo, look no further. Overall, this was light, airy, crisp but a little dry and cracker like. The pepperoni is my favorite part of this pie; it’s got a lil’ kick to go along with it’s most perfectly crisp edges. Overall, there's a lot of hype about this place, but i'm not sure it lives up to it. Maybe we were there on an off night; service was also really slow even before the crowd hit. It was good enough that I'd go back and it try again though.

If there's one thing NJ has a lot of is Pizza restaurants. The food is great and the service is outstanding. But beyond that, this is a well run restaurant, the management was outstanding. This is coal fired pizza so a little different, I'd consider it more like gourmet pizza but without the pretentiousness of a gourmet restaurant. It's a small, very busy restaurant that doesn't take reservations. It's BYOB, so bring something with you.

Had a wonderful dinner and time last night at Bricco. The staff, atmosphere, and delicious aromas were all so welcoming. I LOVED the CIBO salad dressing. Cannot wait to enjoy it again. A great choice if looking for a casual and delicious meal.
