When I walked in to pick up my order, I introduced myself, but the owner's daughter didn’t acknowledge my presence, and another staff member came to assist me. If my family owned a restaurant, I would be grateful for every customer who walked through the door. After all, they are not just dining at your establishment; your family's reputation is at stake.
