As a fan of The Apprentice I just had to visit! Lovely quaint cafe and great hot chocolate! If I were to lose a task on The Apprentice, I wouldn't be complaining about coming here! The owners were lovely, came over to chat to us after guessing we were Apprentice fans and told us about the area and stories from the cafe and even offered to take a photo of us outside. Definitely worth the visit :
I first went to the bridge cafe in 1989 first impressions were not good but my word do they know what they are doing. Went back after contact and Gerry still remembers me. What a gent. Great food and atmosphere hence 5 stars.
Seems like a good place for losing teams to air their differences. Watch out though, the slow witted will find themselves ganged up on and the blame pinned on them.

This restaurant is a historical gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!
Great cafe, good quality, good cooking, great jacket potatoes etc if you don’t want a fry up, free parking outside!
The breakfast was fantastic, the coffee was great, and the staff were lovely. What more could you ask for?
