Ordered on the app, the order moved to “cooking” then after 1/2 hour I checked and it was cancelled, and I should call the restaurant to know more. The number is a call center, the lady said she would call the restaurant and find out. After 5min of hold music, the call ends. I call again, no answer. Call again 5min later, another lady says they should have called me before cancelling, but she can’t call them as they have no direct phone number for them.
