Brindisi's Pub - Reserva de mesa

Food is ok, service is atrocious. If your staff can't be bothered to correctly take an order or check on your customers don't employ them! Server didn't write the order down so it came out wrong, never checked once on us to get another round of drinks, had to go find him to get our check and it was wrong. Had to find him again to get it fixed and he started cussing at us. Cocky attitude and definitely didn't care about providing the basics of customer service as we were intruding on him to get our order. Even when the manager was around the kid kept cussing under his breath at the bar. To make matters worse the manager didn't seem to care either about our customers are treated.

We didn't eat, but the food that was served looked fantastic. The pub atmosphere was delightful, and the bartender was excellent. There was live music on Sunday afternoon as well. Overall, it was a great experience!
