Noodles And Company

I?ve been going to this noodles and company and for years I was extremely satisfied. They had fast service, fair prices, and amazing food? until recently. Over the past summer, they were only taking orders online and over the phone due to COVID and staffing shortages. The process of ordering over the phone was difficult because you had to speak with a bot and it couldn?t ?contact the store? to put our order in, so we could never get food. More recently, from about the beginning of this year, the quality of the food specifically the buttered noodles) has decreased drastically. The past few times I?ve ordered here at the start of this year, the noodles were hard and not soft like they used to...

The food itself was really good! Hot and fresh, custom to what we exactly ordered. My only small gripe was that when I pulled in to the curbside delivery spot and used the app to check in, the app said my order is almost ready and they'll bring it out when it's done. We were early so I expected that. Ended up waiting 15 minutes past when it should have been ready and decided to call the store. After I called they brought the order right out. Not sure if employee error or if the app never told them we were waiting. Either way, food was so good I'd eat there again and just call the store right when we arive next time.

they massaged my order two times before they get it right after 40 minutes, the order was for gluten free bbq mac and cheese (I have zöliakie, so I can not have gluten) they can server it with this super sharp disc in it, the first time they have served me (that is not something that should come back to this dish) and then 17 if they had me eaten it again, they would have me

This place is amazing! The noodles are so delicious and the maintenance is even better! The reason why I'm giving this place a 4 star is because there noodle sizes are Kids and Regular. I wish that they added a medium size because Small is too little, and the Regular is too much. There is also too much cheese not enough Mac in some of the Mac n' cheese's. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm glad this Noodles location decided to resume having normal hours. The Macaroni and Cheese is amazing and the potstickers are a great appetizer as well.

Every kid dreams of being taken to a private dinner at the Nudelsgesellschaft. It's so good! There's something for everyone, from vegans to carnivores.

The food is always hot and served quickly whenever I order through the mobile app. The customer service is very pleasant.
