Sur internet il est indiqué que la brioche dorée ouvre à 5:00am. Ils sont 3 en train de discuter derrière le comptoir rideaux toujours fermé. Quand je m’approche un monsieur me dit qu’ils ouvrent à 5:30am ; je lui réponds que c’est étrange sur internet il est noté 5:00am ? Quelques minutes plus tard ils ouvrent… peux de choix dans l’aéroport quand on a un vol très tôt alors encore plus décevant quand on veux un petit dej rapide avant d’embarquer. Je comprends que les horaires et le nombres de clients par jour ne doit pas être facile mais ce n’est pas une raison pour ne pas ouvrir à l’heure. Service client à revoir, c’est dommage.
J'ai pris un chocolat chaud il y a 2 jours, c'était de l'eau avec un tout petit peu de chocolat c'était imbuvable je suis désolé du terme...on parle pas du service non plus, la jeune femme avec les tresses très très exécrable et puis ce n'est pas la seule !!!!!!!! Je vous ne vous recommande pas cette enseigne pour vous poser pour un chocolat ou autre et je suis extrêmement déçu de ce service.

She might have an urgent need to go smoking, but her answer didn't make us want to finish our salad or stay for another second.
If I could have posted 0 stars. How can we work in the sale and be so unpleasant. Not one smile, don't want to communicate. Just blow and criticize other customers openly in front of us. Food does not catch up with this lack of friendliness; sandwich tuna is more than dry and pastries have at least 2 days. Disgusting!!!
