I will discuss this review by saying that the young girl who is acting as a host this evening has done a good job, she is a guard and has good work ethics. my question is how they and the personal are trained. I came tonight 9/5/22 at 19:20 clock for a 7:30 order. I'll be in case early, it's done early and not sitting around, getting cold, not because I expect it's done early. Once the hostess checked for my order and came back with recuperation, it was not finished yet, she made a point of remembering me, her commitment period was 7:30. more or less accuse me than the customer for an early arrival (this is a bad sight). at this point it's so, it's up, it's a game on, it's as good as possibl...
We went on Friday May 20th for my nephews 5th birthday. Called ahead and had a reservation for 8 of us and they told us to come on in. Got there at 6 and they seated us right away but then nothing. Waited 30 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us and when she did she was not very friendly! There were 2 waitresses both running around frantically and both being extremely rude to customers. It was the most unfriendly environment I'd ever been in. I get it that lots of establishments are understaffed and therefore the workers are stressed but kindness goes along way! I don't think I'll ever be back into this particular location.
I would not recommend this for any reason. The help was horrible, I didn't see a single smile, it's as if they resented your presence. If that wasn't bad eoungh, the pizza was not better than a frozen $2.89 great value pizza, they need to learn how to make a decent crust, because this just will not cut it, espeically if you're from a major pizza town like new york or chicago. Prices are grossly inflated for their offereings. I thought Dominos was the bottom of the pizza barrel, but they're leaps and bounds ahead of this disgrace to pizza.
Ordered a pizza and wings to go, when I arrived the bartender ignored me. After getting her attention she went in back to check on my order came out and said would be a couple minutes. 12 minutes later I got the attention of the waitress, she checked and couldn't find my order.They forgot to put my order in. During a business trip, I ordered delivery to my hotel from a restaurant I found on HappyCow. I decided to try out their vegan options and ordered the plant-based classic deluxe pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and various vegetables. Although the pizza was good, I personally would have preferred it without the fake meat toppings as I no longer eat much of it. Overall, the restaurant offered a variety of vegan pizza, pasta, and burger options that were worth trying.
great and fast service! I noticed that only one man visited the people!? and also the tables to clean and the food delivered on the tables! a bar tender! the food was delicious and the service was fast! next to the short staff!. I appreciate the service that these big and hard workers give to the customer! we are fighting with hired men everywhere!? I recommend this great joy to eat! thanks for their hard work!
Garden salad was good and came with a slice of garlic bread. Pizza was good and was the meat pizza with four different meats. Server brought soda refills without our having to ask which was nice. LOTS of loud, crying kids, not a quiet, romantic or adult type place. Restrooms outdated but clean.
