we have let ourselves be very good by a gifted voucher. appetizer caviar 30 gr, then a crabbrot at my man looked quite sensational, I had the brioche with a deenspot liver. what should I say it was a dream. rarely sooo good and fresh and creatiw eaten. a highlight were the fresh herbs from the in-house garden. very attentive service that even gave us some of the new bockbier to taste. our service only since a week but really great! thank you for the great evening! almost forget: the poor ritter as dessert was an absolutely crowning conclusion!
certainly is at the moment high season and much to do for all gastronomics. but there is also the time after and we will notice the incompatibility of the staff including the ladder pape well. on our normal contact a table for 4 people we were almost laughed and rejected in unfriendly manner. you can't offer us anything to eat. I've never heard of a gastronomic. dear herr pape, even the sansibar has meanwhile recognized that one is dealing reasonably with the potential and its role as a service provider in courtesy manner.
outstanding brote. very innovative concept. at last a load in which you can eat bread. almost! here are not simply sold sandwiches. every brot is lovingly prepared with high-quality ingredients. even a simple hot dog becomes a highlight here.The prices are however high. under 10 euro is not to have a brot, even a simple tomatenbrot is at just 10 €. Nevertheless, I would go back, because everything tastes very delicious and you simply get something else served than on the rest of the island.

at the entrance from keitum near the bus stop to westerland lies this nice gas house. more modern, also the bathroom is worth seeing! there is brote - and beer, as the name says. we had a leberwurstbrot (with meerrettich, waldorfsalat, apfelgel) - wow! and a crumb bread (with a limonenschmand.) that I found a bit expensive (euro 26,) but at least it tasted well. we'd come back next time, but then I'd try that fishbrot.
the opened time "18h" should be adhered to, about 15 guests then allowed the mansion to wait 5 minutes longer - simply rude or superb! in the question of a table for 5 people I was told that the table had to be released again at 19.15h, in less than 1 hour you can not enjoy burger - we went and will not come again, sylt offers enough alternatives with more competent staff!
here is brewed, watt blonde, dark and watt bockige! all three are sinful! there are covered brote with leberwurst, bulleten, cheese, salmon, crabs, fish etc. We will try another melamine or savoured brisket...Very nice service with lots of information around the genussmacherei.
very good quality of food with focus on the exciting stubborn. very interesting concept, always with new things on the map. very friendly service. a real must on sylt for all who have fun of good eating at high level but without "chi chi". we sat very nice outside.
