Brown Bag Sub Shoppe

This place isn't bad. It's dressed up like any other typical sandwich shop, only difference is that they have their own little ice cream/ dessert area in there that I have yet to try. I've eaten from here on three different occasions and all were good. Whenever we go in there employees are always amiable and welcoming. The menu is pretty big and has a variety of options. They have a decent selection of desserts too cookies, ice cream, cake. The only complaint I have and the reason it is 4 stars is that I think their menu is on the pricey side. I recommend to anyone that likes subs, sandwiches and whatnot to give this place a try.

I recently started working in Schenectady and was looking for a good lunch spot. This restaurant had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The server was incredibly rude. I greeted her when I walked in, but she didn't respond and just gave me a cold look. When she made my wrap, she didn't ask if I wanted any mayo or spread on it, rolled it up quickly, told me the total, and that was it. Another woman came in and was also not greeted. It was a very uncomfortable and unfriendly atmosphere.

The bread at this restaurant is fantastic! Everything is extremely fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. I like to come here occasionally for lunch. There is seating available inside the restaurant, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful discovery!

I think you have the best Italian wedding soup. Sandwiches are also very good. Great prices and friendly staff.
