I always feel very unwelcomed in here. If my kids buy something (they aren’t rude or loud or anything), we get eye rolls throughout the selection process. If I come and don’t want the options for the day (to no offense to owners but just not the flavors I want today) I don’t even get a response to “thank you, have a good day”.It just feels very selective in audience they approve of being friendly to here. Can’t even blame it on young kids working the counter, it’s older gentlemen usually behind it. I just don’t like selective friendliness, regardless of food quality.
One of my real estate clients sent me a surprise box of Brownie Points brownies and WOW are they delicious!! First of all, I store them in the fridge. They stay well there for quite a while. My favorite flavors are the Maui heat, caramel sea salt, raspberry, and Cookie Monster. There are so many great flavors and all the brownies are delicious. I also like that they use good ingredients. I will definitely be sending Brownie Points gifts to clients and other people in the future!
The restaurant experience was not pleasant. The cake I ordered was stale and dry, with a unpleasant smell when I opened the box. The service was also poor. The owner had a bad attitude and was lacking in kindness. Additionally, he displayed ageist behavior and had other concerning issues.
We absolutely adore Brownie Points Bakery! Everything they create is outstanding. However, I especially recommend trying the Duffins - they are a must-have. We always return to try their new flavor combinations and my son is a huge fan of them.

I don’t ever write reviews but this bakery is amazing. If you must get only one thing from here, make it the banana pudding. It’s better than the infamous banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery!!
They have the most decadent chocolate crumb cake, so moist and chocolaty. If you are ever near Summit, and love chocolate, don't miss this delight.
Visited this lovely bakery during a short trip from London. The staff were kind and the cookies and muffins were amazing!
Absolutely delicious!! We're visiting from Vancouver, Canada, and I kinda wanna stay just for the duffins!

Really hard and dry birthday cake. The ends weren’t even trimmed. Would not purchase here again
