Went after work to buy chicken and use my coupon. Well the chicken taste and smelled terrible, so I called them and the next day I took the chicken back and the lady had the nerves to have an attitude with me because your chicken smelled and tasted bad! Will not go back there and she didn’t give me my coupon back!
I wish I could agree with the 5 star ratings but I just can't. As a previous reviewer mentioned EVERYYHING ordered was old tasting and dry. The chicken was terrible, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and Cajun rice was all old tasting. Save yourself a trip... find a different restaurant. Yuck!
I hadn't seen Brown's Chicken in 10 years until I drove past North Ave. I was thrilled! Naturally, I had to grab some gizzards, which were just as delicious as I remembered. Now, let's talk about those new bowls—specifically the BBQ Beef Mac and Cheese Bowl.
I really enjoy her food and the friendly staff. My meals are always served hot, which isn’t the case at other Brown's Chicken locations. Everything I’ve tried has been great, and I have no complaints at all. If I ever do, I’ll be sure to let you know! Reserva una mesa ahora
The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. Even when communicating through the drive-thru, the staff is quite disrespectful. The food was also lacking in quality. I won’t be returning.

The food is quite good overall, but the baked beans are just pork and beans that are being labeled as baked beans. There's a significant difference between the two.
