Browns Socialhouse Salisbury Gate

Today I decided to try out Browns for the first time. While enjoying my meal, I witnessed the owner, Tina, speaking rudely to one of her staff members in front of customers and other employees. This seemed to be a common occurrence based on what I heard. The food was tasty, but I cannot support such disrespectful behavior. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Disappointing overall. The food is just average, even when it's something I typically enjoy. The drinks are decent, but nothing special. The service is minimum and has never been exceptional. The atmosphere is nice and I like the setup, but the mediocre food and service bring it down. Hopefully, things improve in the future as it has potential to be better. Thank you.

I recently visited the largest shave after brown restaurant. It was very busy, but the staff made sure we had drinks and our food came out quickly even though there was a delay in placing our order. The waitress was very kind and made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A friend made a reservation for us at this restaurant on a Friday. The food was delicious and the sangria was perfect! Despite being busy, Jeff made sure we were well taken care of. We'll definitely be back to try the brunch and prosecco. Thank you, Jeff, for the great recommendation!

The burger, fries, and gravy at this restaurant are fantastic. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.
