The staff is quick and kind, and theres a million different ways to have your bagel and eat it too. Theres bagels that kids can eat (chocolate chip bagels, cinnamon sugar, plain, onion, etc but also bagels that can make some gournet stuff (cheesy hasbrown, rosemary olive oil . The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Ms. Maria went out of her way to make sure I received exactly what I wanted, even during the busy lunchtime crowd. I felt genuinely well cared for, and the bagels exceeded my expectations in taste! I’ll definitely be coming back.
The bagels at Bruegger's Bagels are tasty, but the service is very slow. I waited 30 minutes for only six bagels and a drink. The noise level inside is quite high, which makes it difficult to hear the staff at the counter or the cashier, especially with masks and plexiglass barriers in place.
I visited for the first time and was immediately impressed by the menu! There were so many options and combinations to choose from. I decided to try a bagel with cream cheese, and it was fantastic! Perfectly toasted with a wonderful flavor. I really wish I had a Bruegger's nearby!

Very good bagels especially for OC.My only ding is that they don't carry salt bagels big deal for 96% of customers. It's the same 4% that wish they had Bialys!Friendly staff, fast service and really, very good bagels.
Went for breakfast 2 days in a row here on this vacation. Delicious fresh bagels. Tons of local clients lining up for their daily coffee and bagel.
The customer service was quick, but the staff weren't very friendly. I ended up packing my own bagels.
Don't bother ordering online and picking up. Took longer than if I had waiting in their long line.
