The staff are amazing even though they are short staffed and have a long line, super friendly and work to get us through the line as fast as we can. Only issue is I won?t be going back to this brueggers or any brueggers that is charging extra 20 cents for blueberry, Rosemary, or cinnamon sugar bagels?. Absolutely ridiculous they are charging extra for certain bagels? extra 20 cents for a blueberry????? I bought a dozen and had to be charged 20 cents extra each for 7 bagels in my order. I have been a regular at this Bruegger's location for 5 years, as I live in North Loop and NE. I particularly enjoy the convenience of ordering ahead, as my food and coffee are always ready for me when I arrive. The manager, who has blonde hair (I don't know her name), is outstanding. She ensures that every customer is taken care of promptly, and she greets everyone with a smile. She effectively manages the team, especially during busy times. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this Bruegger's. The service is fast and friendly - what more could you ask for?
Picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning. It wasn?t as busy as usual so I got in and out fairly quickly. The Bakers Bundle is an excellent deal with 13 bagels of your choice and 2 6.5 oz tubs of cream cheese for 16. The bagels are delish. Easily as good as the bagels I got in NYC. The service was also great. My savory bagels were packed separate from the sweet bagels?? And the cashier saved me by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. A great way to start my day.
The management at this Bruegger's location was clearly changed a couple of years ago, and the improvements have been noticeable ever since. I was reminded of this again this morning when I picked up some sandwiches. If you?re a dasher, expect a long wait. They put the DoorDash orders as their last priority. Took 24 minutes to get a plain bagel with cream cheese and when asked why it took so long she said, ?our guests come before door dash orders.? Isn?t a door dash order a guest as well?
