Bruegger's Bagels - Reserva de mesa

Ordered 1 dozen FRESH HOT BAGELS which they said wasn 't problem. Paid, went to my car because the bag felt cold. I ordered 6 POPPY, 3 PLAIN, 3 CINNAMON RAISIN! I RECEIVED SESAME AND EVERYTHING! So without telling me when I picked them up, the manager, who rang me up, said nothing! I went back into the store and the only thing the manager said was Well I didn 't bag these up. No apology. I asked for my money back. Just sad sad service. Thank you Breuggers Bagels!? Never heard from Breuggers. Even though I did reach out to them!

Normally have a really good experience at this location... today I used the order ahead and when I went to pick up my order, I was told they were sold out of plain bagels, which I understand, as it was close to closing time. They asked if there was another bagel I would be willing to try and I said I would take a different one. I had asked for both bagels to be warmed and for one to have cream cheese... and I received them not warm and no cream cheese on my second bagel ?

Bruegger's Bagels can't be beat! I guess we are used to Quick Service and plenty of Staff in Minnesota, but since the pandemic, or actually before the pandemic, Bruegger's seems understaffed and unprepared because they don't have people come in as early as they used to in the past. But! The food is consistently awesome and the people behind the counter are working super hard! Thank you to the staff and thank you for always delicious Bagels! The soup is awesome too.

Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don?t love that brueggers got clever and started to charge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser. Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsiderate customers do not clean up after themselves).

Friendly staff, usually a reasonable line for breakfast or lunch. It would be nice to have more menus closer to the door so people know what they want when they get to the head of the line. I am sure I will come back sometime, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Not all that consistent with what is available to purchase bagel wise...this past time they had almost no stock. I am coming in at after 7a, so I'm thinking maybe they are experiencing staffing issues like the rest of the service industry. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place has gone completely down hill over the last 6 months. I went in to order food and one of your shift leads who has pink hair was in the back smoking weed high as a kite. They must be having a hard time finding employees.

I like hot baggels. My son is not eating different thing we take plain baggel with cream cheese. You add something what do you want. Good choice for morning.
