I've visited this location several times on my commute to work. During my most recent visit, it was quite busy, but there weren't many staff members available up front. I was very disappointed with the state of the bagel preparation area. The counter was dirty, and no one took the time to clean it. The staff continued to make bagels on that same unclean surface. I also noticed that no one cleaned the knives, nor did I see anyone change their gloves after handling other items. Because of this, I decided to leave without placing an order.

I truly love their bagels and will continue to return, but they really need to enhance their online ordering system. It tends to be slow and disorganized. I've come to expect a wait of around 30-35 minutes for my order, despite the estimated time being 15-20 minutes. On one occasion, our bagels were left sitting behind the counter instead of being in the pickup area, and we only realized it after waiting 10 minutes and inquiring about our order. The introduction of new coffee drinks and lattes has only made the process even slower.

1. The food here is exceptional. 2. The drinks are excellent. 3. In general, the service is quite good, although there was one staff member who fell short of expectations. 4. The employee I’m referring to was wearing a worn red shirt with white lettering, had golden blonde hair, and looked quite young; it would be beneficial if they focused on completing the orders at hand rather than taking on additional responsibilities. 5. Bruegger’s Bagels are amazing, and I take great pride in being a loyal customer.

I'm a big fan of their bagels and intend to return regularly, but their online ordering system definitely needs improvement. It's often slow and chaotic. I always allow an extra 10-15 minutes when placing my order ahead of time because it typically takes longer than expected. Once, our bagels were left on the counter instead of in the designated pickup area, and we only found out after asking about our order ten minutes later. The staff at this restaurant appears to be quite overwhelmed, which often leads to service that falls short of expectations. On a more positive note, the three managers are excellent and dedicated to training new employees, although many of them tend to leave shortly after being hired. If you're feeling frustrated by the slow service and long wait times, you might want to consider applying for a position here to help bring about some positive changes.

The staff here are clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. However, the three-person management team is doing an impressive job. They’re working hard to train new employees, but unfortunately, the newcomers often don’t last more than a week. One thing I’d like to mention is that if you’re frustrated with how long it takes to get through the line that stretches out the door, why not apply and help us improve the situation?

I had a frustrating experience with the customer service. I waited more than 15 minutes for a bag of bagels and cream cheese. Even though there were five employees, including the manager, only one person was helping customers while the others just stood behind the counter chatting. I tried to be understanding at first, but it became absurd when it felt like they were actively trying to avoid engaging with customers.

The young woman at the register was very pleasant to me once the manager finally went into the back kitchen. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning anytime soon, if at all. Every Bruegger's should send their staff to this location for training on how to make a proper sandwich. The customer service here is consistently excellent, and the bagels are always perfect. This location truly represents quality in every way.
