First I had to order before they made my food which I 've never had to do. I ordered my bagel with extra cream cheese. When she was making my bagel I asked if she could add more cream cheese in which I was told no . She said if I wanted more cream cheese I would 've had to order it that way... which makes no sense. I did order it that way by paying extra for the plain cream cheese in the first place?Horrible service. I literally can 't believe I was told no and there was no way I could get more cream cheese on the bagel I ordered extra cream cheese on..... what?
I paid $8 for a breakfast sandwich that had eggs with disgusting black and gray spots on them—completely inedible. The tables and counters were filthy, and the restroom had dried urine everywhere. This was at 8:00 in the morning, so it seems like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. I've never had a bad experience at Bruegger’s until now. I reached out through your website a few days ago but still haven't received a response.
Not sure why they are getting trashed on their reviews, they were awesome! Decided to give it a shot and the whole family is glad we did. Bagels were delicious, breakfast sandwiches were incredible, and fed the whole family for cheaper than McDonalds! The employees making sandwiches and bagels were pleasant, and the woman working the register was an absolute sweetheart! I will definitely be coming back!
Pleasant staff who are willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Delicious bagels in a wide variety of flavors. Cream cheese in a variety of complimentary flavors for the bagels.

They need to be more organized in there , they switched up how u order things , I always seem to have to wait for someone just to Wait on me!
Yummy bagels! These are the best bagels in Woodbury. Always busy, and the service was excellent. They are fast and efficient.
My avocado spread on breakfast bagel was hard and a bit crunchy which shouldn't be. Sundried tomatoes spread was so so.
