my friends and I have often visited this cold stone location in the last week. each time it was very busy, and the employees were very lazy and were more with personal discussions instead of focusing on the customers. Today I have placed an online order, we came to pick it up and waited for the cash register for a few minutes before even recognized. I checked the bag for luck because we missed a whole bowl. the shells we received were extremely unordered, and the lids were not even all the way away. when we came back to get the rest of our order, the employees were very rude and unapocal. I understand these are hard times, but it doesn't take much to be sincere. unfortunately we are not goin...
I went to Cold Stone today for the limited Nintendo flavors! One thing to remember is that the special cup only comes in the largest size, unfortunately. However, the employee was so nice and gave me the medium size but in the large specialty cup. The Kirby mix was strawberry with marshmallows and caramel, which was excellent and refreshing. The Mario mix was a cake batter base and was a lot more heavy but still good! There is barely any seating, and the space inside was pretty limited and hot.
Waited in line for well over 30 minutes when only 2 of the 4 of the staff members were helping customers. The line was out the door and someone was doing dishes??? It baffled me that all hands were not on deck, especially with less than an hour before close. And I was over charged but the gal ringing me up already had a bad attitude so I kept my mouth shut. Great ice cream but if I was the boss I would want to know what goes on when i’m not there….
The service here is always great! The girls working here do their best to keep the line moving as fast as they can. It's the people coming in ordering 5+ items that hold things up. Did I mention the ice cream is da bomb?!!

Always fantastic! However, they've stopped serving black cherries, which used to be the only place that offered them. While I have many other favorites on the menu, black cherry was always the standout for me.

the staff was great, they could make my ice from the untouched beer in the back, as I am gluten-free! very friendly!
Don't go when they are busy. Barely mixed ice cream and missing ingredients.
