I must say that I was sorely disappointed with my last visit. I arrived at 7: 30 pm on a Friday and was seated at the bar while a table was being readied. I sat for 10 minutes and had no less than 4 different staff members at the bar and not ONE even acknowledged my presence at the bar. Additionally, there were the leavings of two other guests still sitting on the bar. After 15 minutes we were finally seated to our table. It was another 10 minutes that we sat before our server even acknowledged us at our table. We had seen her several times however she did not approach or acknowledge us at her table. Our order was made and bread and oil was brought out. It was another 15 minutes or so before...
We really enjoyed our meal at Bruno's. It was so nice to have options that aren't available at many of the Italian restaurants in town. I had the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and it was delicious. My husband had the margherita pizza. It was really good too, especially the crust perfectly chewy and crispy and slightly charred by the brick oven. It was nice to have multiple vegetarian and pescatarian options on the menu. I really loved my cocktail, and there were several on the menu I was interested in. The service was great. Terrific waiter. Small wine list but extremely varied. Salad greens were fresh and chilled. Caesar dressing not quite perfect, garlic was minimal and didn't taste any anchovies. Angel hair pasta cooked perfectly. Special dinner was a spicy shrimp with home made sauce excellent. Bread was served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Tiramisu was one of the best I've had.
what a beautiful little place! we are from the city and so glad that we decided to taste this restaurant. everything was perfect from drinks to dessert. mike was our server and added to the great evening.

Bolognese was outstanding. Best I have ever had and I have ordered this dish in several restaurants. All of our meals were great, the service was great, and my family and I will be back again.
Everything was delicious. Caesar salad, eggplant Parmesan appetizer, OMG the tortellini was exquisite.
Food was good but not WOW for the price. We had the Carbonara and the Angel Hair pasta and salads.
