Another guest ordered mac and cheese, only to be told at their table that the last serving had just been taken by someone leaving the restaurant. They mentioned more was available in the back, but they didn’t want to go get it from the freezer. As for us, we ordered two sides of mac and cheese, but it arrived cold and tasted stale—so much so that my 4-year-old refused to eat it!
To make matters worse, we were forced to tip in advance at the register, which felt unnecessary. The service at our table was very abrupt, with plates nearly being dropped in front of us. Today was Free Tea Day, and as expected, it was quite busy. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything was running at this location! In fact, I didn't have to wait any longer than usual for my take-out order. The staff, who were numerous and helpful, were friendly and kept things moving smoothly! The food, as always, was excellent! I highly recommend stopping by this location for both food and sweet tea!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes to place my order, and the staff member who helped me could really use some customer service training. The food was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. I've been a loyal customer of McAlister's, but I won't be returning to this location.
I had an incredible experience at this McAlister's. A young man named Sabastion made a lasting impression on me. At 97 years old, I've seen my fair share of things, and he certainly stood out. I look forward to visiting again, and hopefully, he'll be wearing shorter shorts next time! The sandwich was fantastic as well. God bless!

I truly can't believe how spotless and well-managed this place is, especially considering that most of the staff seem to be in their twenties or younger. This is by far the best McAlister's we've ever visited. We've never been let down by the quality of the food or the service.
The sandwich was smaller than I expected and wasn’t prepared as I had ordered. However, the broccoli and cheese soup I ordered afterward made the visit worthwhile. I found the prices to be a bit higher than I anticipated, and I hope they reconsider them in the future.
The food consistently tastes amazing, but I find it quite pricey considering the portion sizes. I felt let down when I opened my carryout order of the soup and sandwich and saw how small each item was, especially after paying nearly $15 for it, including a tea.
My baked potato was lukewarm, and my husband's sandwich reminded me of that old Burger King commercial, "Where's the beef?" The portions were quite small and definitely not worth the price. I often dine alone, but I won't be bringing my husband back here.

Are you serious!!?? I was charged 5.00 for this salad! 3 bites.. this is terrible. McAlister you should be embarrassed that you are serving people this. It was a yogo order and I didn't know till I was home... awful.
