Brussels Bistro

Every time I go to Brussels Bistro, I'm never disappointed. The atmosphere is so covered with the music in the background and the conversations in French happen all around you. The waiters are generous and helpful. The food is delicious. Think about Hachi's parmentier. Potatoes, ground meat (bef) and its juice, layered in a top plate with cheese, cooked in the oven to Gratiné (au gratin). So, could you ask more than Chimay on tap?

Christian was amazing, I didn't know what I wanted so I asked him. He recommended to get beef bourguignon and let me tell you.....that shiiii did not disappoint. Also his banter topped it off, I'd come here just to talk shiiii with Christian. 9.9/10 don't recommend, don't want this joint to get packed,, it is incredible

Such a great dining experience!! The staff was incredibly personable, friendly and helpful!! The food was outstanding, from the appetizers to the main courses!! We will definitely be back!!
