Wow, I did not experience the bad customer service here! Young lady took my order then tried to figure out a way to save me money, which was awesome. In less than 5 min I had a wonderful waffle cone bowl with key lime pie and new york cheesecake ice cream topped with hot fudge, walnuts, and whipped cream. Excellent!
I always order two scoops in a waffle cup at this restaurant, and usually the entire cup is filled. However, today the scoops were much smaller and only filled about half of the cup. This level of service is not acceptable given the price paid. Please make sure to fill up the cup in the future.
The best selection of ice cream. There are so many great flavors to choose from. The staff is always friendly and the inside is kept clean. There could stand to be a few more tables to eat at, it's pretty full in the summer. That along with being a little pricey makes it 4 stars.
I always come here for ice cream. The employees are always very kind and friendly. They have a rewards program and an app and I’ve saved and gotten free goodies from it. They have picnic tables outside to enjoy time with family, which is great in the summer. Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora
Although the prices may be on the higher side, my son and I truly enjoyed our experience of sharing ice cream together. My son was delighted to discover that they had a dinosaur ice cream treat, which made the $4 spent well worth it for the joy it brought him.
We absolutely adore this restaurant! We frequently visit and are always satisfied. The service is friendly and prompt, the ice cream is scrumptious, and they even offer treats for our furry friends. It's definitely worth the trip and the cost.
The best cherry vanilla ice cream I've ever had! They make it themselves in the back of the shop. They even gave me an extra handful of Maraschino cherries just for me! I am one happy customer.
