Don't bother!! Not an experience I'd wish to repeat. Booked at 12.30 for daughters birthday. Arrived early, storen not even open. When open, told to wait with many others in a cramped gift shop area which was filling up. Finally asked to go upstairs to be seated. Could barely hear what attender said. Ordered food. After half an hour drinks finally came, but he forgot one. Hour after ordering appetisers finally came. Then waited almost another hour, whilst watching others getting their food. At this point we questioned one if the staff as to where our food was, only to be told our waiter hadn't even ordered it!! So two hours and just a starter. We left! I really wanted this place to be great but honestly this restaurant looks like it won’t survive Covid. The people working were super nice. The food was not nearly as nice. Crab dip was blander cold, and the shrimp Mac and Cheese tasted like the shrimp weren’t fully cooked. My son’s hamburger and fries were fine but my crab cake sandwich was cold and bite sized. Our server was honestly the bright spot of the visit. If you’re from out of town I’d honestly skip it unless you feel like giving to charity.
Bubba Gump is a fun themed restaurant, but the atmosphere was pretty quiet for a Friday night. The food was good, but the portion sizes were slightly smaller, which is typical for a chain restaurant. Overall, the experience was decent. I'm hoping for a livelier atmosphere next time I visit.
Poor food quality, it is a tourist trap using the name from movie to get customers. Shrimp, fish and hush puppies were frozen, not fresh. Shrimp skewers were good. Had to ask for napkins, salt and our check. Very expensive.

Upon entering the restaurant, it was mentioned that they were experiencing issues with their staff, just like with any other establishment. The owner also served as our waiter and she was incredibly friendly and attentive.
Very fun restaurant in a great location in the Inner Harbour. Service was quick and friendly. The food was good, but nothing to rave about. Still a worthwhile place to visit, especially if you are a Forrest Gump fan!
We never had the chance to eat there. When we arrived, we saw a sign stating that it had been closed a few days earlier by order of the health department. I never received any notification about this.
Waited 45 minutes after placing order, had to leave to catch bus so no food. The restaurant was not crowded so not sure why the slow service

Food was not as good as I remember. Will never go back.
