Bubbakoo's Burritos

Never going back this place!!!Worst experience ever at this place. Food was so blend, customer service at the worst. Since I needed to take out our burrito order and eat it later time. I had asked server to keep tortilla on the side. He said fine. At the cash register they started to charge extra for tortillas, sauces. We had orders 3 burritos and enchilada. They were giving only 1 sauces between my orders. I refused to pay extra for tortillas and sauces. This server refused to make burritos. told me he will not make burritos. I had to call owner Nick, who had to call his employee to make me burritos, although no sauces were put in burritos very blend and lots of attitude from their employee...

The chips were somewhat stale and oily, lacking sufficient salt. The queso, on the other hand, was quite good and not overly spicy. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl, which had a huge portion, but the flavor was just okay. Honestly, Chipotle is definitely superior—had to mention that. Additionally, two of the complimentary toppings were missing, which is puzzling in this digital age. The boardwalk cookies were nice if you enjoy that kind of sweet treat. Overall, I'm not sure I'd choose to order from here again unless I really had to.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything is impeccably clean, and the guacamole along with the rest of the dishes always tastes fresh. The staff is well-trained and very accommodating. There’s always something new to try each time I visit. They are always available to explain the menu and assist you. There’s a wide variety of options for everyone. I ordered food for my colleagues, and they all enjoyed it immensely. The service is excellent!

The standout aspect of this restaurant is the franchise owners—the gentleman with glasses and his wife—who manage the place and work in the mornings. The man, who has an Italian look, knows everyone's name and is incredibly kind and respectful. He engages in conversation while you wait for your food, sharing stories about his son and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. It’s a great place with a warm and welcoming environment. MmmmmM ..... There's nothing quite like a delicious taco when you're craving something tasty. Everything was incredibly fresh, from the shrimp to the cilantro in my delightful tacos. I'll definitely return to this location whenever I'm near the Premium Outlets.

I had the crispy chicken quesadilla and it was incredibly delicious! I visit every two weeks and always try a new entree each time. I really appreciate the staff—they always prepare my orders perfectly. My kids love the food as well!

I visited the restaurant, but they had run out of cheese and bean empanadas, so they suggested an apple instead. Unfortunately, my grilled chicken was overcooked, and the brown rice was too crunchy. It was quite a letdown!

Great food and the staff are always nice. Great environment definitely come here to get yourself some good tex-mex cuisine.
