This Bubbakoo?s used to be really consistent and friendly! I used to go a couple times a week and tip a fair amount each time, but the new staff members are rude and continually mess up my order. I?ve been going to this restaurant for 4+ years and have never had an issue until the past few months. Issues happen, but every time I?ve gone recently my order has been wrong and the new teenagers on staff look at me like I?m bothering them for asking them to correct my order. It always takes way way longer now too. Really really frustrating. Not to mention I never get charged the same price. My order will cost $8 one day and $12 the next depending on the employee. Plus the portions are way smaller...
I always enjoy the service and food at Bubbakoo's Burritos. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food exceeds expectations. Although it may seem like a typical fast food spot, the quality is on another level. This place has served me the best quesadilla I've ever tasted—Jamaican jerk with boca, guacamole, and all the toppings inside. Highly recommend!
My experience at Bubbakoo's Burritos was quite disappointing. I waited well beyond the promised pick-up time, and when my order arrived, the burrito was left unfolded for around 10 minutes. The staff appeared unengaged, spending more time chatting and standing around than attending to customers. Overall, the service was very poor.
I always love the service and food here. The staff is very friendly and the food is surprisingly exceptional. It might look like a fast food joint but the quality is far from it. This place has given me the best quesadilla I've ever had in my life ? Jamaican jerk with boca, guac, and toppings inside of it... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. However, I've noticed that the online ordering system frequently encounters issues, so I would suggest placing your order in person.

Very friendly staff, crispy chicken Burrito bowl was delicious and cheap. I wish they had all the waffles, but they had brown rice.

Awesome staff and guest service! Chiwawa was an amazing dish. Look forward to hopefully travel back to Jersey to have again!
