Then, someone walked in and started chatting with the staff. I assumed he either worked there or was friends with the employees, as I overheard him mention he was dating someone who worked there. Everything was going well until he asked one of the workers, in a very condescending tone, whether we had ordered anything. The worker explained that we had ordered fries and cookies, but that they couldn't make the fries. The man then loudly exclaimed, “What, are they stupid?”
If making my order had been a hassle for them, they could have simply told me, and I would have gladly left. Instead, I was met with dirty looks from the staff and being called stupid—this was completely unacceptable and bel...
Ordered JALAPENO POPPERS, BUFFALO BEEF CHIWAWA, BACON AND QUESO CURLY FRIES and BURRITO BUILD YOUR OWN...picked it up at 5:45 p.m. began eating it at 6:00 p.m. and have had tremendous stomach cramps with indigestion ever since this affected both me and my wife...the JALAPENO POPPERS were unremarkable and bland...the BUFFALO BEEF CHIWAWA had 2 layers of hard, chewy rice I ate maybe 3 bites of it before I stopped...the BURRITO BUILD YOUR OWN had an element of spice that was not ordered and could not be eaten...the BACON AND QUESO CURLY FRIES were VERY greasy...I am disappointed as, up to this point, I've always had good food from this location...now I spent $40.00 on food that adversely impact...
Went to the store to try the breakfast this morning at 8:30. Apparently, despite the billboard on Rt. 88, Google stating they open at 8am, and their menu boards inside the store ALL stating they serve breakfast daily from 8-11am, I was told they don't have breakfast and open at 10am. The girl behind the counter with whom I had a tough time communicating with since she barely spoke English, supposedly called the manager who seemingly didn't want to come speak to me, stated that they have no breakfast and opened at 10am. And that was after I initially ordered, she told me I couldn't pay cash bc they didn't have any, so I said I'd pay with a card, then suddenly there was no breakfast altogether...
It's a takeout place with a bit of a performance aspect. You can choose what you want, but there's a significant discrepancy between the online menu and the in-person menu. The food, however, is really good! I believe that dining with an awareness of flavor profiles could elevate the experience, offering a few basic constructs like ethnic influences or otherwise, but with some intense flavors that go beyond just heat.

Taco Tuesday is a favorite for my client and his wife, who always anticipate a delicious lunch or dinner. They each order three Crispy Chicken tacos with chips, which is an amazing deal! As for parking, there’s additional space available on the side street. Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the busy lunch hour at noon to secure a good spot.
First time ordering, all the food was fresh and delicious. Staffwas pleasant and helpful when I picked up my food which was prepared promptly.
The food is out of this world delicious! First visit to Bubbakoo's! I will definitely be back. The lady manager working was fantastic!
The chiwawas are delicious and HUGE. They pile on generous toppings and everything tasted amazing. Also love their house salsa!
