Bubba's Bbq And Steakhouse

Driving back from dallas to houston I wanted some bbq and was debating stopping here or alma 's bbq which was a little bit farther, but stopped here. The service here was bad. I order my food, they didn 't have mash potatoes. No big deal, just got a different side. But me to you, What kind of bbq place runs out of mash potatoes? I make my order with a guy. The sign said $2 for a side. Checkout, the side is 2.99. I nicely let the server guy know and he basically caught an attitude and walked off to get the manager. He tells the manager and she rolls her eyes before coming over. Comes over looking at me like something is wrong with me, and first thing she says is something like 'whats the prob...

My family and I are from Oklahoma, staying in Ennis for the weekend. We decided to try out Bubbas. And Yall!!! Let me just tell you, this restaurant is worth the trip! My husband ordered the three meat with sausage, ribs sliced brisket. I ordered the ribeye. It was all so so good! The steak is what we were most impressed with. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection!! Best steak we’ve had in a very long time!! It will definitely be our go to restaurant in Ennis!

Everyone was super friendly. They gave us a choice between the lean or fatty brisket which was a first in a BBQ place for me. The brisket was delicious. The baked potato was delicious! Only tip I would give is for the chopped brisket to be chopped right when you order the potato because it was pre-chopped and that made it a little dry. Other than that, everything was top notch.

My wife and I come here from time to time for lunch or supper..good food and a friendly staff...my wife loves the brisket sandwich and I love their chicken fried steak... IT'S BIG! too big for me to finish and it is delicious! If you want a great ribeye, strip or t-bone steak, they have those too! Give Bubba's a try and judge for yourself.... Reserva una mesa ahora

They recommended the brisket, ribs, and sausage and I agree. All three taste amazing on their own and even better with their BBQ sauce. The sides were good too. Best food I've had on this trip. Hopefully I'll be back this way again.

My first time going here. Service and food were both good. The brisket was very tender and juicy. Staff was very polite and attentive. I will be back.
