this restaurant is just refueled. if they're looking for the restaurant that used to sell great food and have happy staff, that's not anymore. the wet was literally annoyed that my family came in, a 50s man has no reason to be host when he can't at least pretend the customers are satisfied. we sat in the bar area with 3 children and I saw the bartender rolled her eyes. I was upset about everything because I could see how angry she was. there was no reception or smile. She told us her name and went away. the restaurant was not busy, I took a walk through and there was no other there beside the 4 tables sat in the barroom. besides the staff, eating is simply boring, unless they count the shame...
Where should I start? no water at the table. the waitress had to ask again and again on water. each time she brought one. next, haare on two tellers eating. third: zero serviettes. had to ask for serviettes. fourth, waitress somehow forgot to add my food to the order and I waited 38 minutes for my food after getting my whole table. $300 meal for nothing. worse restaurant where I have ever been, and will not return. update 8/29/22: the “owners” reacted with the most appropriate text response of all time. Please do not contact me again. I really don't have any interest in promoting their facility again and again.
Had my 29th birthday here. Everyone was so nice. The scenery is so pretty. Everything was clean. The food was amazing! Our waiter Alexander was so nice. We had our order taken really fast. I love the house bread and oil with balsamic vinegar I could eat it all day. Definitely recommend eating here. I'm coming back for every family birthday.
We had an excellent culinary experience at this restaurant! We were surprised to find so many available tables, as we had been told over the phone that they were fully booked when we called to make a reservation. We will definitely be using OpenTable in the future to book a table at this restaurant. Thank you, OpenTable!

Ok, I am going to give them 5 stars and for many reasons. That being said, this food is average but the atmosphere, prices and portion size makes for a great night out for the family. Excellent ambience also. The other thing that I love about this location is the staff. Everyone is helpful and smiling. 5 stars.
service was poor. at least 5 minutes before our renovation service for drinks. was checked for nothing. the spicy garnels had more crust and overcooked garnels than a real amount. definitiw not worth the $25. I paid almost $50 for garnel, a small drink and a strawberry limonade. not satisfied!
We had a great time! We had my wife’s 40th birthday party here. Everyone has a great time. The waiters were super awesome. Thank you Joe and Dakota. The cheese cake and food was great; we had pasta, spaghetti, mozzarella chicken, and drinks.
My family and I came into Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant tonight and that food was absolutely amazing! Our server Alexander was very helpful and prioritized making sure our table was doing well and that our food was good.

This restaurant not only serves big portions but the food tastes so bland without any flavor. This restaurant totally sucks. Really rude host too.
The atmosphere is fun and the food is excellent for a casual, family-style Italian meal.
